We make exceptional Overberg homes part of a carefully curated collection, present them at a higher standard, and actively market them to travellers in the Netherlands, Germany and the United Kingdom — in their own language.

The Proposition

Join a curated collection — don't get lost in a directory

We are selecting a small founding group of properties around De Kelders and Stanford (then Gansbaai and Hermanus when a home strengthens the set). Scarcity is deliberate. Guests should feel they have found somewhere rare. Owners should feel their home is presented with care.

What we are working toward

  • Editorial photography standards and guidance
  • Copywriting in the brand voice
  • Multilingual presentation (EN / NL / DE)
  • Destination content that creates desire before the booking ask
  • Targeted international campaigns — not "pay to be listed"

You can keep Airbnb or Booking underneath. In version one, "Check availability" can connect to your existing booking path or send a qualified enquiry. We start as the discovery and demand layer.

Who belongs

Not only ultra-luxury.

A beautiful cottage, a converted barn, a small guesthouse, or a spectacular villa can all qualify. The common factor: interesting, photogenic, well maintained, and true to place.

If a guest from Amsterdam or Munich would cross the world to stay there, it belongs in the conversation.
